07 Site notices
This page says what this website is, what it does while you read it, and what the office at the yard holds afterwards. It describes this site only. It is not a policy copied from somewhere else, and where the answer is “nothing” it says so plainly.
07.1 How these seven pages are built
Seven files of plain HTML, one stylesheet and one script, served as files. There is no application behind them, no database, no login, no account, no comment box and no form that posts anything anywhere. Nothing you do on this site reaches us until you choose to send an email.
The files are served by a hosting provider, which keeps the ordinary server log of requests that any web server keeps. We do not add anything to that log, we do not join it to anything, and we do not use it to advertise. The pages carry nothing from any other company: no analytics, no tag manager, no social buttons, no video, no map frame, no chat widget. The drawings on these pages are inline vector graphics written out in the page source, which is why there are no image files to request.
07.2 Cookies, storage and the one outside request
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing into your browser’s storage. There is no banner asking about cookies because there is nothing to ask about, and consenting to one that covered nothing would be a worse answer than this paragraph.
There is one request to a third party, and it is for the two typefaces the pages are set in. Each page links a stylesheet from Google Fonts, which then loads the font files; your browser makes those requests, so Google receives them along with your network address and the page that asked. Nothing else on the page goes outside. If your browser or network blocks that request the pages still work: the text falls back to the alternative faces named in the stylesheet, and no behaviour, drawing or tool depends on it.
07.3 The planner and the checklist
Two pages carry a tool. The possession planner on the opening page divides times and counts you type in; the dust and noise checklist on the fit-outs page turns ticked boxes into a written list. Both run entirely in the browser, in the script file you can read, and neither one sends or saves anything. Close the tab and what you typed is gone, including the premises name.
The checklist ends in a link that opens a new message in your own mail program with the list already in it. We receive nothing at that point: you can read it, change it, or close it without sending. Only pressing send in your own program sends anything to us.
The planner prints its arithmetic so it can be checked, and it is a guide from the figures you entered. It is not a quotation, not a programme and not an offer. A programme comes out of a survey of your premises and is issued to you in writing; nothing on this website prices work or commits either of us to a date.
07.4 What the yard keeps when you email
Mail to site@northsidesolutions.work arrives in one mailbox, read by the people who run the jobs. What we then hold is whatever you put in the message: your name, your premises, a telephone number if you give one, and what you want doing. We do not add to it from anywhere else and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
An enquiry that does not turn into a job is deleted once it is clear nothing is coming of it. An enquiry that becomes a job is kept with that job’s file for as long as the quotation, the correspondence and the records of the works have to be kept. If you want your enquiry removed, or a detail in it corrected, say so in a reply to the same address and it is done unless something requires us to keep it, in which case you will be told which part and why.
07.5 Reading these pages on anything
The same navigation is used at every width: the main pages in the header strip, the full index in the footer of every page. There is no separate menu to open, so there is nothing to trap a keyboard in. Every page can be reached from every other page, and the pages read in full with scripting switched off — the two tools are the only things that need it.
If your system asks for reduced motion, the programme chart on the opening page is drawn in its finished state with the progress line already standing on week seven, rather than animated quickly. Stages open and close with a plain disclosure control, so it works from the keyboard and reads correctly to a screen reader.
07.6 The registered facts
NORTHSIDE SOLUTIONS LTD is a private company limited by shares, registered in England & Wales under company number 17408095 and incorporated on 19 August 2026. The registered office is 336 Albert Royds Street, Rochdale, OL16 5AA, United Kingdom, and that address is also the yard the work is loaded out of.
Those are the facts about the company that this site publishes. It publishes nothing about any individual, and the only contact route it gives is the company address above.
